Full Rewire, 1960s Bungalow
The situation
Original rubber-insulated wiring, no RCD protection, undersized consumer unit and a mix of ungrounded lighting circuits, flagged as unsafe on the EICR.
What we do
Full property rewire to 18th Edition. New RCBO-protected consumer unit, dedicated cooker and shower circuits, tidy first-fix chased where needed and second-fix left ready for the decorator. NAPIT-notified, EIC issued.
Result: Property brought fully up to current wiring standards with certified sign-off for the mortgage lender.
Old wooden-backed fuse board with rewireable fuses, no RCD, and a persistently tripping ring circuit no one had bothered to trace.

Modern 18th Edition metal-clad consumer unit with individual RCBOs on every circuit, root-cause fault traced to a damaged socket and repaired properly.

What we do
Dedicated 7kW tethered charger, cable run neatly through the garage, DNO notified, load protection sized correctly, commissioned and app-registered on the day.
Result: Overnight full-battery charging at proper speed, install signed off and warranty-registered with the manufacturer.
Landlord facing a re-mortgage deadline with three tenanted properties, no current EICRs, and a broker asking questions.
What we do
Three EICRs completed within two working weeks. Two properties passed outright, one C2 remedial priced and completed the same week. Full digital reports supplied.
