Design and build sits between reactive maintenance and pre-drawn commercial fit-out. It's where the electrician takes real responsibility for the electrical design, not just installing someone else's drawings.

Ring and radial circuits for appliances, dedicated cooker/oven/hob supplies, under-cabinet lighting, feature pendants, socket layout planned to actual worktop use.
Bathroom & wet-room design

Loft & garage conversions

Commercial installs add RAMS on request, permits, coordinated shutdowns and often three-phase distribution, EPOS, refrigeration and machinery supplies.
